Refunds & Replacements

We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan, so we have created this cancellation, refund and replacement policy for you!


Cancellations

Customers are entitled to cancel their order before it is shipped.

New orders are automatically sent to our Fulfillment and Logistics Center and processed within 1-3 days, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

If you wish to cancel, please send us an email to support@britima.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.


Editing orders and delivery address

Customers are entitled to change the delivery address and order data for their order before dispatch.

New orders are automatically sent to our Fulfillment and Logistics Center and processed within 1-3 days, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

If you would like to change the address or other data, please send us an e-mail to support@britima.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.


Replacement & Refund Policy

Our replacement & refund policy is valid for 14 days after arrival of the goods.

We can only offer you a free replacement or refund if it falls under the following criteria:

1. The items are faulty - damaged / broken or soiled on arrival
2. We have sent the wrong item - size, style, colour
3. The order was lost during transport (Over 35 days in transit).

Please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the damage or the wrong size/style/color.

Our team will inspect/check the photos before we issue a replacement or refund.

Orders that could not be delivered due to wrong address, long absence or missed pickup at the parcel branch are not subject to any right of replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

14 days after receipt of items, buyers may not request a replacement or refund.

Return fees

Customers pay the cost of returning the goods.
Late or no refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded on your credit card statement. Please allow up to 5-10 business days.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are allowed only once, beyond which any further changes will be at your expense.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Britima. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost to you or offer a full refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Other non-returnable items:

Several types of items cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines are non-returnable. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email with the subject "Return of an Item" to support@Britima.com as soon as possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Policy for Underwear, Swimwear, and Intimate Products For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear, swimwear, or intimate products. These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Available Options:

Exchange: If you need a different size or model, we can send you the desired item. The shipping costs for this exchange will be at your expense, and you may keep the original item.

Partial Refund: If you prefer not to keep the item, we will issue a partial refund of your order amount, minus the following shipping fees:

  • 25 to 29 $for one item.
  • 35 to 40 $ for three items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email confirming its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

Refunds for Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external factors or force majeure. A delivery delay of fewer than 30 days does not entitle you to a refund. After this period, you can request a refund.

Refunds After Order Shipment

To qualify for a refund, you must wait until the package has been delivered, and then return the item to the address we will provide.

Refunds Due to Incorrect Address

Britima is not responsible for the loss of your package if you provided an incorrect shipping address and the package has already been shipped. In such cases, no refund will be granted.

Refunds for Returned Packages Due to the Following Reasons

If you were not present on the day of delivery or the delivery company was unable to deliver, we will leave a notice in your mailbox or inform you via email to collect your package from the nearest post office. You will have 6 days to pick up your package. If this period is exceeded and the package is returned, the return shipping costs will not be covered by Britima(the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees).

If the customer refuses to pay the return shipping fees and requests a refund, a $19 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@Britima.com 

Sending a New Order

We are committed to sending you replacement items free of charge, with only the shipping costs being your responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Address

Please contact us so we can provide the return address closest to your location. Do not return the product to the address listed on the package.
